Skills Upgrade and Developing Employment Opportunities in Uttrakhand

Uttarakhand has a lot of potential in terms of employment opportunities. However, the skillset required in the state is not well articulated. There is a lack of skills-based training in the state. The main reason for this is that most of the younger generation is not keen on learning skills that are not relevant to their professions. The lack of skills development and employment opportunities in Uttarakhand is causing a lot of frustration for the youth.

The state has a large unemployment rate, over 22 percent of the labor force is unemployed in Uttarakhand, which is almost double the national average. The government is looking to create jobs for the state's population but has been struggling to do so skills development is a better option to create more employment opportunities in the state.

The Bharat Agri Development and Rural Invent Foundation is an organization that encourages the development of skills in Uttarakhand. We also aim to create employment opportunities in Uttarakhand. We provide vocational training and skills development to help people acquire employment. We also provide employment opportunities to those who are looking for work. We think that creating jobs is not the only solution to address this issue our aim is to convert labour to the entrepreneur with the help of our entrepreneurship and skill development programs, especially in hilly areas where people have very less employment opportunities.     

Our Entrepreneurship Development Program is a 4-week course designed to help individuals develop their skills, learn about entrepreneurship, and gain an entrepreneurial mindset. The program is designed for individuals who are interested in starting a business or who want to learn more about entrepreneurship.
